VCU-RRTC DRRP on Customized Employment conducted a survey to describe the current status of customized employment service delivery as viewed by the rehabilitation providers that implement these services. The survey endeavored to answer the following research questions.
1. What are the critical features of customized employment service delivery as identified by vocational rehabilitation providers?
2. How effectively is customized employment implemented as reported by vocational rehabilitation providers in their agencies?
3. What is the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the service providers (e.g., training, agency affiliation, years of experience) and their perceptions of how they view the critical features of customized employment?
4. What is the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the service providers (e.g., training, agency affiliation, years of experience) and their perceptions of how effectively customized employment services are being implemented?
